Return policy

Following our policy, all the requests for the return, exchange or refund will be taken into consideration on a case by case. 

Suppose you would like a refund or an exchange. In that case, you must return it to Beautiful Hair Factory within 02 days after receiving it according to the shipping company track. 

The hair must be intact. The sender must cover postage, and it’s the responsibility to ensure that their return postage is appropriately protected.

Beautiful Hair Factory does not take any responsibility for transporting returned hair extensions to us. Therefore, we suggest that you should use a reputable delivery service. 

When we receive your return, please give us up to 2 working days (Mon to Sat morning) to process your request. Until we receive the parcel back, no reimbursement will be processed. After the refund, we will send you the transaction record.

A full refund will be completed to the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned items that have not been opened. Once your extensions will be delivered back to our storehouse, this can take up to 3-5 business days to finalise.

If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be responsible for your return shipping costs (according to the delivery agency). The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. 

Suppose you are using your own shipping label. If that, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
