– We only use reliable delivery agents such as DHL, FedEx, UPS,… to transport items to your door.

– Any order made on weekends or holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

– It is highly recommended that your delivery address be the same as your billing address. 

– All shipments have real-time and tracking numbers and verified tracking numbers so that you can track your items 24/7. You will get a shipping confirmation, orders will take several hours to update tracking.

• International transaction fee 

Your credit card company or bank probably will charge you a fee of $1-$10 if you are ordering outside Vietnam. This fee is not charged by Beautiful Hair Factory because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin. We cannot refund this fee. Please contact your bank directly in regards to this charge.
